Garden State Velodrome Association's Mission:
The Garden State Velodrome Association (NJ), exists to provide cycling opportunities for the cycling community.
The responsibilities of the GSVA include:
1. Act as the liaison between users and the owner and/or leasee of the property/Stadium while being used for cycling events and programs.
2. Oversee scheduling of all cycling events and programs at the property and stadium.
3. Develop and enforce cycling guidelines for the use of the Stadium. Those guidelines will follow and expand on the rules of the American Track Racing Association (ATRA) and or USACycling (USAC).
4. Ensure that a framework of programs exist that enable velodrome racing to thrive in New Jersey and the surrounding states. This may include acting as an event or race promoter.
