Fort Mott was part of a coastal defense system designed for the Delaware River in the late 1800s
Dunnfield Creek runs from high up in the Delaware Water Gap, down to the Delaware River. Hikers followmuch of this creek as they hike part of the AT, or hike the Dunnfield trail to sunfish pond.
