Now in its 95th year, its the largest fair in New Jersey. They host bigfireworks onJuly 3 and 4. Includes Kiddieland, complete with a double-decker carousel, a merry-go-round, a safari train, the Frog Hopper, and Family Swinger. It's known for its circus-style performances and shows.
You'll get carnival food on steroids: Not only are there corn dogs, funnel cake and cotton candy galore, but fair delicacies including BBQ chicken on a stick, pulled pork cheese fries, donut burgers, gator mac and cheese, Oreo churros and deep-fried everything.
There are big-name rock concerts throughout the festival, as well as more than 300 shows and 100 pig races.
