About Twin Lights Historic Site

Twin Lights is situated 200 feet above sea level in Highlands, New Jersey, and overlooks the Shrewsbury River, Sandy Hook, Raritan Bay, New York skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. At one time, it has been used as an aid to navigation over the coastal waters of NJ. Today it has been preserved as a historic site, offering a museum, tours and a chance to go up into the lighthouses (when the property is open).

Our Personal Take...

We stop into Twin Lights almost every time we are in the area. It truly is a special place.
